Here are a few photos of the Federation Induction event on Sunday November 9th 2003.

The YMCA had a good gathering.  The Federation already has registered 222 parent child pairs and more are coming on to fill in a few tribes.  Very Healthy.

fan We Chumash Gathered early to let the kids get to know each other and chat about Indian Names for use in our tribe meetings.  We played Kickball and Basketball.  Then signed up and went to partake in the In-And-Out Burgers from the Mobile In and Out truck!  Yum. The Westside Y does it right.

So the Speeches whined down an the kids excitement ebbs and home we go.  Feeling bold that Yes We Can do this with our boys.
