No matter if you are ten or if you are fifteen, if you are traveling alone, it is going to be a moment filled with fear and nervousness. Will I be safe? Where should I go? Will there be someone to talk to? Will I get lost? Will I have kind people to help me, will I need it?
Reasonably, traveling for the first time in public transport for the first time is a big step. These are a few things that cross our mind while traveling for the first time:
1 Kun wala chadhne ho?
There are hundreds of public vehicles that are moving and are filled with passengers. All that you know is the name of the place that you need to reach.
One wrong decision, you might reach late or might even have to encounter the closed gate!
2 Kata jharne ho?
"Ma jharnu parne thau mai thyakka rokla ki nai? Rokena bhane feri kata rokne hola, kei bato nai thaha chaina. Barbaad huncha aba."
3 Dhoka sangai basnu parla, kei bhayo ki futta jharnu milcha
Sitting near the door is the safest. If something happens, I’ll have time to take all my belongings and runnn!!
4 Kati paisa dine sodhum ki nai??
Will people find me stupid if I ask for the bus charge? Everyone is giving on their own.
5 I hope I don't sleep
I hope I don't fall asleep. Also, I hope I don't slip.
6 Chito pugosss, kahile jharum bhaisakyo
‘Katti dherai manche haru rakheko holaa. I am suffocating already. This sweaty person arghhhh!!’
7 Side ko manche kt hos yaar( girls have this thought)
Is public vehicle safe for girls to travel alone? Women and girls are not public property, keep your dirty looks and hands with yourself!
8 Oiii oiiii kata lageko yo malaiiii!! Kidnap ta garnu khojeko haina?
You’d have this feeling that conductor dai knows you are traveling for the first time and him along with the driver dai are trying to kidnap you.
9 Yo manche katti nakh kottaucha yaar
There’s always going to be that one person in a public transport that digs his/her nose until one nose hole becomes larger than the other.
