Keith Lambert Bio
Keith Lambert received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from
Pepperdine University, Malibu. While a student at Pepperdine he actively pursued
real estate as a Realtor working in the San Fernando Valley.
For many years he made a career of managing and growing portfolios of performing
assets for several firms. His talents made the management of Santa Monica rent
controlled apartment buildings a cornerstone of the success for Lambert
Investments, Inc.’s management division between 1986 to 1997. He has managed income properties
of various types including:

- Large
Apartment Buildings
- Mixed-Use
- Condominiums
- Commercial
- Light Industrial
He has an intimate understanding of
how an asset performs and experience in the costs involved with all relevant
capital expenditures that investors may confront. This experience can help
protect his real estate clients.
He is also very knowledgeable with
the residential areas of Mar Vista, Palms, Venice, Westside Village and Marina
Del Rey.
Keith prides himself on being accessible and extremely responsive to his
client's needs. Additionally he believes that his patience and the ability to
clearly explain the values and benefits of the properties gives his clients
confidence that the transaction is right for them.
Keith is an avid fisherman and boater. He is a dedicated volunteer with the
Marina Del Rey Anglers fishing club and its fundraising for the Youth Fishing
Program. He also volunteers to coach with North Venice Little League. Whether
teaching kids to fish or how to hit the baseball Keith will be patient and
reassuring that “Yes you can do this.” He can also help coach you through to a
successful and profitable real estate transaction.
